i installed popupstoppercompanion and it works real well

i hear the funny sound effect everytime it thwarts a pesky window from appearing

the problem is i believe that is is stopping the sympton and not the root cause

something on my machine is launching popup windows and i want it gone

any suggestions?

I reinstalled the older drivers and it now seems to work. thanks
