WWII in Europe wasn't a victory
Afganistan - There was basicly one battle where the bulk of the Taliban army was pushed off to regroup. This is like saying that the British won the war against the American Colonies when they pushed Washington out of New York. I fear Bush is celebrating too much and planning the next war before he has secured the peace.
