WASHINGTON, April 11 — The Securities and Exchange Commission opened a preliminary inquiry into International Business Machines Corp. and then promptly closed the matter without taking enforcement action, a spokeswoman for the regulatory agency said Thursday. IBM’s stock dropped more than 5 percent, to close at $84.19 after reports that the SEC was conducting an accounting inquiry into the giant computer maker.

Why do I smell something foul here?

John,

How could I possibly straighten him out. Butt is a girl, I am not. Butt is cute, I am not. But the one I have heard most that I truly can't compete with is Maria has perky breasts and obviously I do not. I thought it was a no win situation until I figured out how to use it to my benefit.

I sell short and size my positions on the Maria orgasm scale. There are too many calculations to this but I will give you the summary. If Maria is out of breath, flushed in apparent orgasm and her breast's are especially perky you want to be shorting with abandon whatever in the hell she is talking about.

Looking ahead, there are a number of important economic reports tomorrow morning including

John, at this point, you don't really expect those numbers to accurate or truthful, do you?

If the 8:30 numbers aren't enough to keep the futs. up, come 10 o'clock, look for a scewered consumer confidence number. JMO, they're going to milk this IBM news for all it's worth. By the end of the day though, perhaps a different truth may unfold.
