Hi Hawk, It the Dollar has been building a top over the past 2 years. We can have a Bear Market without what you and I would consider a "collapse". I'd say we could see a 30 to 40% downward adjustment to the US Dollar when the next Bear market occurs. But I also agree with you though that a broader and longer long-term consolidation range is possible. Over the next year or two we could simply see a continuation of the type of trading range in the Dollar Index that we've seen in the past two years.
