Sly,

And the point is that Sharon's military moves are just making a new batch of martyrs and suicide bombers and making a whole lot of Palestinians angry enough to want to join them. The only way to stop the violence is with political peace. Sharon is an old military fart. If the Israelis really want peace they'll throw him out.

JMHO.

The Pals rejected a two state solution and started this round of suicide attacks while Barak was trying to negotiate away the West Bank and Gaza at the Taba talks that followed Camp David II. The Pals effectively elected Sharon by rejecting a negotiated settlement and replacing negotiations with suicide bombings.

Now, we should take this discussion elsewhere. The FADG at --http://www.siliconinvestor.com/subject.aspx?subjectid=51724 -- is a more appropriate forum.
