vt, agree with iso. There is also some talk and signs of mutual fund redemptions starting. People tired of loosing money, so they are slowly pulling out. This is what us shorties have been waiting for. Some sages had the market pegged for a spring rally, and a fall massacre. I see it more likely the fall massacre comes much earlier than that. The massacre might just be a slow grind as well. I've been following several indice parameters, never did see a confirmation of a bottom when it rallied early this year, and don't see a sign yet. Hence I maintained a short position and gutted it out. No problem. The gut is now doing fine. My feeling is we probably have much deeper to go, before the market can really rally again. How this might influence PM's, if it happens as such, is not clear to me however.
