Wrong.

Traficant's district was eliminated.

As for your made-up quote "he's one of our own", that's fully refuted by the fact that the GOP wrote and passed the redistricting plan in Ohio that eliminated Traficant's seat.

Of course, Traficant, like Condit, refuses to resign. He could be serving as a Dem congressman from prison. How appropriate, how condign.

Further, Traficant may run in another district, splitting the Dem vote, helping elect a Republican. That would be divine justice.
