To: Emile Vidrine who wrote (1276 ) 4/12/2002 10:02:04 PM From: SOROS Respond to of 2279 Emile, You need to quit smoking whatever you are smoking -- or at least, stop inhaling. Really, you need to examine how you let your conclusions/hatred "warp" all of your thinking. My sense of "justice, reality, and truth" are operating just fine. The reality is that YesSir Arbafat was offered the land, and he refused. The truth is that the Arabs have always had an agenda to completely eliminate Israel. And justice would be for the Arab people to take their refugees back into their own land and stop using/abusing/sacrificing them to simply promote their wanton desire to make Israel disappear. Oh, and I don't believe I have ever heard Hal Lindsey claim to be a "prophet". He looks at events and writes what he thinks they mean based on his interpretation of Scripture. So what if he does not get it all right. So what if he does not get any of it right (which is not the case). He is not leading people astray concerning their eternity. BUT ISLAM IS!!!!!! You defend a cult and attack those who at least present the Gospel. I don't believe I have ever read your explanation of how any individual eventually gets into Heaven. The Bible is very clear on the subject. No one can prove it is correct, but when each person dies or the end of the age comes, we will certainly KNOW if the Bible was the complete, Word of God with NO error. If it is, then everyone -- be they Muslim, Buddhist, Baptist, Jewish, Catholic, agnostic, atheist, or whatever will only be in Heaven if they have asked for forgiveness of their sins from Jesus Christ and asked Him to be their savior. Hal Lindsey preaches this. Does Arabfat? Does Mohammed? Do the Jewish leaders? DO YOU, Emile? Please tell me, Emile. What do you believe? If you would explain this, then perhaps others could at least understand you. I think the eternity issue is the most important, but unlike you, I also think that God DID make some promises BEFORE Christ came which concern Israel. Why? I have NO idea. But if I am going to base my life and my death on how the Bible says one gets into heaven, then I am also going to believe every other promise God chose to share in this Book. It is merely an interest of mine -- prophecy. I certainly keep getting confirmations that my interpretation may not be that far off. I don't know what you are seeing that would not make you believe the 7-year Tribulation scenario with an actual person anti-christ and all nations gathering against Israel for the final showdown where Christ reveals Himself to the world and then sets up a 1000 year reign before taking believers onto the final HEAVEN. Every sign keeps leading DIRECTLY there. You would have to be more than an atheist to not see it. You would have to have a completely "hardened heart". But then, the Bible says it will get to that point before the end comes. All you have to do is watch that "Politically Incorrect" show to see that the world is close to the last person believing. I remain, SOROS
