(By the way, refresh my memory ... did a jury ever get to hear the case against Richard Nixon? I can't recall.) Rep. McKinney's war-profiteering allegations are not "baseless"; if this country spent 70-plus million bucks to investigate Whitewater, then what's the harm spending 1/3 that amount to determine whether the Bush family's coterie of friends are business crooks?
