Difficult question - Put options on the indices, RYURX, and Treasuries or a Treasury fund such as BTFIX. I think you will find, given your assumptions, that Europe EU and Japan would be hardest hit. With that in mind, I doubt the ME OPEC nations will move any time soon and draw scrutiny to their successful anti-Israli propaganda campaign.

This issue might warrant a separate thread. Perhaps you could start one?
