For an example, the EU delegation was blocked from seeing Arafat last week, and they tried to do the same with Powell this week. I'm not sure it's arrogance... it's more of a desire to not relegitimize Arafat, which is really the only result that could come out of such meetings. They'd really like to be done with him. Z, they don't have the right to play God. How can Israelis expect world opinion to be on their side when they play that autocratic? That's the kind of move of a dictatorship, not a democracy. ted
