I don't think he was charged with a crime in this regard. He was impeached which is a political process.

He shouldn't have been asked....

Sorry, the highest Court in the land decided otherwise. Hence, it was his duty to answer truthfully. The rule of law is a tradition in this country.

Actually, he lied to a judge, a federal prosecutor and a federal grand jury. That's much worse.

If it's not a metric, it ought to be. No more scumbags in the WH. Period.

<sarcasm ON> Thank you for enlightening me. I never realized before that smirking was criminal whereas sexual harassment of an employee and perjury were not.

BTW, what is the name of the lawbook where you found this? I'm sure JLA would be quite interested in it.
