I have some cartwheels I bought years ago that I don't consider to be investment stuff, but I am moderately hyped on the metals now, and I bought junk silver coins a few weeks ago. I'll probably buy some more. I'm not really sure where else to go but cash, or maybe natural resource funds.

I am thinking even further down the road, in the event of JW being correct. When metals and interest rates peak, conventional wisdom is go into Bonds, ugh bonds. I'm going to find out if the treasury will accept metal coins as payment for bonds; this would get around cap gains.
