I have not settled the land.. You don't have a house or dwelling of some kind? Of course you do. keep it safe and untrampled from folks of the European persuasion . . . except of course you. Does keeping it safe and untrampled mean you have a fence enclosing it? A dwelling and a fence sound like a settlement to me. And unlike most US territory which was acquired by treaty of cession from its native owners, your land remains an illegal occupation. Face it Len, you're a "Zionist" settler. The difference between you and those in the ME is that your predecessors did a better job of running off and intimidating the original owners.
