I think when WCOM does their Chapter 11, Bernie will be off the hook for much of that loan. Maybe that will happen next year.

He is only securing the loans by real assets only because WCOM is under the scrutiny of SEC. He should have done this from the beginning. I guess he thought he could get away with the sham. With his WCOM 8 million options worthless his next scheme maybe to lower the exercise price perhaps to 1 penny. Just a stroke of a pen.
