This has happened in Sept. 01, Feb. 01, May 01, and Jan 01 (I don't have the charts for earlier in 2000 in front of me, so I can't reference those). In each of those instances, the drop was to new lows after the initial cross-over at the top. There was a cross-over in the summer of 2000, I believe, that resulted in a 50% re-trace, which I thought is what we had happen in Feb. However, the cross-up and cross down we've had since then brings the new lows back into play.
