And look what that cost netted the "system".

Sure, why not. I was first found guilty of reckless driving and DUI as well as speeding. The Appeals Court reversed the lower courts decision on all but the speeding ticket.

you had better reread your rulings.... better yet, look at your stock price and compare it to when you said that it was "basing",

the stock price is telling you about your future...... at least learn how to read this simple open book......

David,

"The Appeals Court reversed the lower courts decision on all but the speeding ticket."

And if they hadn't reversed the decision as is the case with the Microsoft case? What would you have expected as a "remedy" on a DUI and reckless driving, surely not a $50 fine. Microsoft has been found drunk at the wheel and reckless with their monopoly. If their remedy is a $50 fine I can live with that, if that is what the Judge decides the software market is worth. Can you live with a harsher remedy? Better get used to the way the System works Dave, it is beyond the power of this thread to change it.

Cheers,
Norm
