That's it, that's all you can come up with?

<< Three months
later, "Microsoft's Paul Maritz told a senior Intel executive
that Intel's [adaptation of its multimedia software to comply
with] Sun's Java standards was as inimical to Microsoft as
Microsoft's support for non-Intel microprocessors would be to
Intel." Id. p 405. >>

Ooooo, he told him something. It's a true statement by the way. It's how one company talks to another. Big deal. On the same level as a speeding ticket, at worst.

<< Intel nonetheless continued to undertake initiatives related
to Java. >>

And I see that this conversation didn't deter INTC at all. Some "threat". Some so called use of monopoly power. What a joke.

That's word for word all right and it proves that MSFT conducted business like any other company would. It proves that MSFT did NOT apply leverage that restricted INTC's business.

You don't see that though, because you are some sort of freak.

JMHO,
Dave
