I agree 100% with your statement -- "As Yahoo continues with its transition to a charge model (auctions, email) the number of eye balls will go down... dramatically."

The biggest mistake I ever made was selling my Yhoo 140 puts at 100.
Back then in the Internet mania Yhoo could jump up 20 points because neilson ratings would give them two more eye balls.
Every advertising guru knows its all about eye balls. That's why Disney's ABC got rid of Billy Harmond.
