IS THERE REALLY ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE FINANCING? THE ONLY QUESTION IS IF IT COMES FROM TORTOLLA, ANGUILLA, OR SOME OTHER OFFSHORE HAVEN.

I WOULD ALSO THINK THAT NEWS COMES SHORTLY.

MAYBE SOME TYPE OF CONVERTIBLE PREFERED OR RESTRICTED WITH WARRANTS?
