In South American they do their interrogations very privately... In the US, we use a method called "Congress". Or sometimes "a courtroom" Unfortunately, both these methods are subverted by a little tune played by many administrations, that wish to cover things up that are unpleasant. That's called "national security". Obviously, national security is an absolute joke, well before 9/11. And yet those who claim to be most in charge of same are still in charge. And even got a raise !
