if the saudis, and other rich gulf states had used the oil money they had from luck and stealing it from the huge international oil companies, their huge territory and their low population, they could have taken in the palestinians and they could all be fat, dumb and happy. instead, they have through polygamy greatly increased their population. thye have kept the palestinians for over 50 years in refugee camps.
