dk, I don't expect anything major coming out from the 10K report. The company is still operating on a part-time basis, no assets, liabilities is piling up, new shares being issue for service, burn rate is around $300,000 a month (on a part-time basis). The same old things you see on most BB, and they don't tell you much about the progress of the company at all. The report does not tell you how many preferred shares were issued from the dividend, and it does not tell you how many shares insiders are holdings (key things in playing this stock IMO). Tell me exactly what you are looking for, and I will help you look for it.
