Hi alexed.

I'm off to buy mulch, but just wanted to say hello. :-)

Wasn't reproductive meant to produce extra body parts for the original? Is that why everyone is against it?

Reproductive cloning is intended to produce a baby. I don't recall all the points of view, but I can tell you why I'm against it. Right now, all the clones that are born require hundreds of tries and hundreds of mistakes. The mistakes either are not born or are born deformed. Now they're saying that Dolly has premature arthritis and who knows what other hidden problem. Ain't no way I'm about to condone that for humans.
