RE:Willcousa--IMO the SEC has been a joke for several decades as has been the idea of a Chinese Wall and the perceived "regulation" by the NASD (the NASD has concentrated on besmearching brokers for years when they should have been giving the big firms equal regulation-as that entire sector has been givin a free ride for decades as well.!-All of these farcefull moves have been salaciously manuevered over many drinks by the SIA (Security Industry Association) each year in their meetings at Boca Raton Fla.
