Hi Hain R. Brainsteanu; My points were that: (1) Germany was fully defeated with a death rate of 10% or so. (2) Germany had no friendly allies available to support a guerilla / terrorist war. (3) Germany was treated as a valuable potential ally by the countries that conquered it. Your post doesn't answer a single one of my statements. The question was why was it that the Germans didn't perform suicide bombings against the countries that conquered it in 1945. -- Carl
