At level 1 inflation is counting as coming down. But at level 2 and 3 inflation is going up.

That's why its important to frame everything at the economy in the three levels.

If money is being thrown around -to keep 73% of GDP of hedonistic consumption in the US- we have to have inflation at levels 2 and 3.

Jay, my friends in Germany tell me that in many cases folks are using the EURO as an excuse to raise prices... don't know first hand.
