That's why I said the shares will worth less ON July 16th, I did not say they will worth less BEFORE July 16th. << Would an attorney say that sold shares that were bought don't qualify and that only shares that were held throuh the year were eligible? I think that may be a possible loop hole that will burn those who sold and buy back before the conversion date. >> I don't know the answer. You can interpret it both way. If I am a preferred shareholder who have interests in the outcome of the interpretation, I would invest a buck to call the company and find out the facts. I saw on your archivelimited-dd link that you don't have to hold the shares for the full year, but as long as you buy them back before July 16th, 2002, you qualify. But again, that site was done by an individual, and one man interpretation was not a reliable source to bet your hard earn money on. I would even go as far as having the interpretation in writing by the company if I have a lot at stake. (which I don't,... so you are on your own here). << but it sure presents more money making opportunities then ECNC at this time. >> Can't disagree with you here. At least for the next 3 months, this stock is a trader's gift from heaven...lol. After August 16th, it will be a stock I will avoid like a plague. :) Dai PS: Do me a favor, use "new paragragh" when you change your thoughts when you write. I have a hard time understanding and following what you say with your run-on sentences. What was your SAT's score again?...lol
