South Coast of New South Wales for $US 300k:

raineandhorne.com.au

raineandhorne.com.au

This is near where my friend Chris has a house (he paid $A110k - facing ocean - and rebuilt):

raineandhorne.com.au

Only $US250k

This one is pretty nice:

raineandhorne.com.au

+ more on list there. Not quite mansions

Jay, I'm in favour of a new constitution for the United Nations. That's all just now. The existing constitution is absurd. No welcoming committee for hordes of bludgers under the current rules.

However, for immigrants who meet the rules, there are mansions for sale at very reasonable prices. Much cheaper than the 27th floor of a termite mound in Hong Kong.
