Look at all the high quality asses in the first 32 picks

Prisco's Mock Draft

Team Player Position School
1. Houston Texans David Carr QB Fresno State
They say it's a done deal.
2. Carolina Panthers Julius Peppers DE North Carolina
New coach John Fox might be wise to trade down, although not too far, and pick up additional picks to help a team that was 1-15 a year ago.
3. Detroit Lions Joey Harrington QB Oregon
As things stand, the Lions are split on the pick. Do they go with a guy who can be their centerpiece for years or do they try to fill more pressing needs? If they go with QB over CB, it would greatly alter the next seven to 10 picks. They are also considering safety Roy Williams and Texas CB Quentin Jammer. The Lions love all three and are torn.
4. Buffalo Bills Albert Haynesworth DT Tennessee
Best available defensive lineman. Also need help at safety and could go for Williams. But D-line help is urgent.
5. San Diego Chargers Bryant McKinnie T Miami
Need help to protect QB of future Drew Brees and RB of present and future LaDainian Tomlinson.
6. Dallas Cowboys Quentin Jammer CB Texas
Could move up to fourth and swap with the Bills to grab their next Deion hopeful. But Dallas needs to make sure any trade excludes its second-rounder, where they select high enough to grab Emmitt Smith's successor.
7. Minnesota Vikings Donte Stallworth WR Tennessee
Offensive-minded Mike Tice wants to win now and is smart enough to realize a refocused Randy Moss teamed with the draft's most explosive offensive player is the fastest way to accomplish this. Tice would also have to consider Texas tackle Mike Williams and UNC's Ryan Sims to team with Chris Hovan at DT.
8. Kansas City Chiefs Ryan Sims DT North Carolina
Sims' college coach, John Bunting, played for Chiefs coach Dick Vermeil in Philly and worked for president Carl Peterson in K.C. Both men have great respect for Bunting's opinion.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars Mike Williams T Texas
Tony Boselli's replacement is a massive figure at 6-feet-5¾, 375 pounds. If San Diego takes Williams, then they'd go with McKinnie if he were available.
10. Cincinnati Bengals Roy Williams S Oklahoma
Scouts say he's Ronnie Lott but two steps faster. "He takes over games when you need him to," said one NFC scouting director. "You can use him to cover, he's a terror against the run, use him as a nickel linebacker. He gives you so much with his versatility."
11. Indianapolis Colts Wendell Bryant DT Wisconsin
In a perfect world, they get Williams. But picking one slot too late, they take the most natural defensive tackle in the draft.
12. Arizona Cardinals Charles Grant DE Georgia
Need help across the defensive line. Could go with Tennessee's John Henderson instead if they want to go tackle instead of end.
13. New Orleans Saints John Henderson DT Tennessee
Henderson is a solid fit because they can kick him out to end at times as well.
14. Tennessee Titans Phillip Buchanon CB Miami
Signed Lance Schulters to bolster secondary but are still in dire need of a corner to pair with Samari Rolle. Buchanon will start immediately.
15. New York Giants Jeremy Shockey TE Miami
Love his big-play potential, just what Kerry Collins needs.
16. Cleveland Browns T.J. Duckett RB Michigan State
They might go with Boston College's William Green but early indications have the 252-pound Duckett joining Butch Davis.
17. Atlanta Falcons Javon Walker WR Florida State
Are in love with Stallworth but won't get him unless they trade up for him. How can they do that? Send a future first-rounder to a team like Dallas. Remember the king of trading away No. 1s, Bobby Beathard, is now in their front office.
18. Washington Redskins Jabar Gaffney WR Florida
Steve Spurrier needs a guard but can't pass up on his former Gator playmaker.
19. Denver Broncos Levi Jones T Arizona State
Their offensive line is their bread and butter.
20. Seattle Seahawks Daniel Graham TE Colorado
Was very impressive at the Senior Bowl, where he was coached by Seattle's Mike Holmgren.
21. Oakland Raiders William Green RB Boston College
Al Davis can book his running back of the future and grab a draft pick that actually makes sense.
22. N.Y. Jets Lito Sheppard CB Florida
If they can sign Raiders DT Grady Jackson, corner becomes their main priority. The Jets like Sheppard as a potential starter this year.
23. Oakland Raiders Eddie Freeman DT Alabama-Birmingham
Need help at tackle, and Freeman is the best of the available bunch.
24. Baltimore Ravens Dwight Freeney DE Syracuse
Boulware from one side, Freeney from the other? That could hurt worse than the cap.
25. New Orleans Saints (from Miami) LeCharles Bentley C-G Florida
Saints love this kid and would probably play him at guard while he learns the line calls from center Jerry Fontenot for a year.
26. Philadelphia Eagles Kalimba Edwards DE South Carolina
Gee, just what the NFC East wanted Hugh Douglas to get as an offseason gift -- a pass rush from the opposite side.
27. San Francisco 49ers Mike Pearson T Florida
If they sign a guard like former Giant Ron Stone, they will be able to shore up the outside. If not, they can go inside with a guy like Colorado's Andre Gurode.
28. Green Bay Packers Napoleon Harris LB Northwestern
Pack will be extremely lucky if the draft's top linebacker drops this far.
29. Chicago Bears Bryan Thomas DE Alabama-Birmingham
His stock has been flying up the board past two weeks. His time in the 10 yards is as fast as some DBs. Great explosion off the line.
30. Pittsburgh Steelers Ed Reed S Miami
Pure ball hawk. Not a run support guy, but who needs that with a front seven like the Steelers have?
31. St. Louis Rams Ashley Lelie WR Hawaii
He'd give the Rams the type of speedster they love to play with.
32. New England Patriots Anthony Weaver DT Notre Dame
Powerful workhorse is Bill Belichick's type of physical player.
