Soy milk actually tastes good (especially the vanilla flavor) and if you can find baked, seasoned tofu, it's really delicious as a meat substitute. Or freeze a block of extra firm tofu, defrost and squeeze the water out. The crumbly result has the consistency and texture of ground beef.
