I'm not sure. I know I've drunk the stuff after several weeks.

Is SOY the answer!?

It seems to me that if one drinks other than skim milk or if one has any conditions related to saturated fat or cholesterol, it would make sense to substitute soy. I don't know how much benefit it would provide otherwise, except for the hot flashes, that is.

I can't personally speak to the efficacy of soy for menopause. I didn't switch to soy until later in life.
