One of those is from JNR and Kennecott -- a magnetic target drilling campaign. Mr. Kaiser says this program may have evolved from their uranium exploration in the Athabasca basin, and he has a hunch Kennecott is following up bull's eye anomalies generated as a byproduct of uranium exploration. "The only clue I gleaned from JNR on the regional focus of this program is that the secrecy is necessary because there is much open ground," he writes, musing on the possibility of the Athabasca basin hosting kimberlites.
