Just another Clinton scandal that was unearthed during the Bush administration.

Wall Street analysts -- e.g. Blodget of Merrill Lynch -- all that hype during the Clinton years.

What did our Treasury Secretary, Rubin, that Wall Street guru who was in charge of the money under Clinton, do about it? Oh, nothing. He left government and went to lead Citigroup, which is now a class action defendant.
