I didn't say Bill should take all of the blame. I did say that Bill's, that didn't hurt, hit me again policy didn't stop Sept 11. I am not sure going after Bin Laden would have absolutely stopped it either, but it sure seems likely it would have been more difficult.

Dubya tried to keep out of the Middle East situation until he had to.<<<<<<

There was good reason for that. Its a quagmire.
