In order to see whether or not RDRAM is on Intel's memory roadmap you have to look at Intel's roadmap. The problem with IDF charts is that dozens of different companies contribute the charts. Each company puts its own spin on the charts it makes.

The charts you're looking at are Samsung charts. It explicitly says so on some of them. They have absolutely nothing to do with Intel's roadmaps.
