like I said Israel must be the first to blink and take the higher road....The Arabs will not... The Arabs want to destroy Israel. They don't want a compromise. This 'compromise' was a PR stunt, and they carefully added 'right of return' for millions of descendants of Palestinian refugees, just to make sure it would be unacceptable to Israel. They don't give a rats ass for the Palestinians, they have abused them as cannon fodder for fifty years. That is why Israel has not survived by retreating. It's a very small place, they don't have space to retreat. And the argument is about dividing Palestine; the West Bank is not a foreign country, nor ever was. The world didn't recognize the Jordanian occupation of it either. The last people who were recognized as lawful administrators were the British.
