KC, check out the way international bodies have been handling their priorities later. After watching the UN's Durban Conference Against Racism, which gleefully became a conference against Israel without the EUrocrats saying boo, even those less unilaterally inclined than Bush & co might have severe reservations. What does it matter if the US actually has high standards? Was Israel really the world's worst human rights offender? What's to prevent this body from being a gang-up-on-the-US show, we know we can't stop them, but we can sure chew on their ankle from here? The balanced judgment of the Eurocrats? surely you jest.
