Some do think that it will cause enough Jews to leave Israel so that Israel is significantly weakened, and many don't think that Israel will disappear directly because of the terrorism. They think that the terrorism will force Israel to accept a peace deal which includes the Palestinian Right of Return, which would also destroy Israel.
