Depends how Israel is allowed to follow up. If Israel is allowed to continuously police the territories, they won't be replaced. He was against the Oslo accord because he didn't trust Arafat, not because he didn't think there should be a Palestinian state. For the zillionth time, he's pulled out of the West Bank and Gaza repeatedly, only to have to go back in when there's a wave of attacks on the Israelis... he's given the U.S. tactic enough chances, now he's just doing what he has to do, though he is pulling out slowly. -Z
