Speaking of Real Estate bubbles- I bought 30 acres of farm land last yr. at an estate auction (pay wholesale). Took out an ad to rent it out a week or two ago. Had an interested party call last week, and he has now offered to buy it at 150% of my purchase price on it. (sell retail)

Looks like the bubble is moving out of the city and heading to the country..
