I don't ever remember democrats using a war to hide behind. Have they ever? Johnson had the decency to not run again after he F-ed up a lot of things. Hmm, he was a Big Oil man too. Any pattern there? And is it a coincidence JFK was murdered in Texas? PS - I like most Texans and Austin is a cool place. But try breathing in Houston. Needed a gas-mask there even on Christmas day. Worse than Jakarta with its open sewers. Love that big Enron stadium too. Bush-Enron have owned that town for a long time.
