Intc forward earnings expectations are about a buck and msft a couple bucks. That makes them about a forward pe of 28.

That does make them more interesting than the Coke or PG type of names, which support similiar forward PEs.
Only difference is that when the economy recovers, the techs will show growth..while a recovery really has little effect on these other names.

Not suggesting that MSFT and INTC are the best tech buys but the idea is buy companies with PEs in the 20 to 30 but with potential for a major pick up. (I really doubt MSFT has any room to grow in to its PE---INTC looks a little better)
