Rich, You made note of Carpino making a call of a macro low for this month. What does macro mean....how low? When is he expecting it to turn higher. It seems the semiconductor news NVLS...and also TXN was very positive. TXN, which has a diversified business, seemed bullish on various sub sectors. Certainly should make for more reluctant sellers of tech now given that we have seen outflows from tech funds for over 3 months (contrarian indicator?). That is, techs may be washed out for now. The danger on the horizon as I see it is the MSFT earnings and guidance that could do some serious damage.
