Re; can you tell us who to blame for Dell trading at 25.90 right now

Looking back on 2001 trades, I saw I purchased a load of DELL last May 18th when I didn't close out 25 strike put contracts I sold. Figured DELL on that day was "inexpensive" at 24.79. Trading now @ 25.9. WOW!!!
