I agree, not all are celebrating. But the people that do celebrate, the majority, do so from believing PA propaganda which promote hate of jews. Most Palestinians are unaware that most Israelis want peace and are willing to vacate the settlements and vacate land to achieve it. But they are being told something else by their leaders.

Unfortunately what education the poor receive is generally directed as hatred and blame toward their neighbor.
