12:03 ET CNN reports FBI reacting to warning from Netherlands : CNN reports that the FBI is acting on a call received yesterday from the Netherlands warning of a bomb set to explode in a national bank at noon today. FBI apparently giving call some credence based on detailed descriptions of explosives type by caller. Have actually begun to see equities firm a bit since the CNN report, as investors assume that call is a hoax.
