James,

My business has forced me to place any money not in my business a mutual fund. I can't make time to watch any stock retail or otherwise.

I am scratching my head. I know I have dwelled on this but I am still trying to figure out why Amazon had to spend hundreds of millions of dollars if not a billion on fulfillment centers, etc. We offer between eBay and our on-line store 200,000 different items. We can ship anyone of these items the same day. I spent (invested) $200K in thermal printers and some bar code scanners and a few other tech items. We can ship without error 500 items daily. I know I show this link often but please take a moment to read the actual comments. Many people do not provide feedback so the true number of items is not there. Only people that left feedback. But the theme is there and this is just the eBay portion. ebay is still smaller than our on-line store in terms of dollars. So why did Amazon have to spend so much money? Our internal organization for filling orders, inventory control and additional inventory management was all created in house by a novice such as myself. I simply looked at the problem and organized a filing system to suit our needs. We could grow our ability to fulfill order without hardly any additional capital. We would need more personnel which granted is a variable cost.
