12:49 ET Cisco Systems faces $1.3 bln lawsuit (CSCO) 15.16 -0.14: A federal judge in Florida allowed a $1.3 bln lawsuit brought by Vox2Vox to proceed against CSCO for fraud, fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, and a violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. According to Vox2Vox, CSCO misrepresented its intentions with Vox2Vox's uOne messaging product, thus causing Vox2Vox to waste valuable time and resources.
