Or maybe W just didn't have a clue. I seem to recall during the elections dems emphasizing fighting terrorism rather than wanting the more traditional military build up the repugnicans wanted. W doesnt have a clue on many things which would protect our country as he pursues a simple agendas for simple minds.

Nice try, Condoleeza Rice was warned by Clinton's outgoing National Security Adviser William S. Cohen that Bin Laden would be the most important national security problem that she would face. When Clinton was trying to track and kill Bin Laden, Republican's accused him of trying to deflect attention away from their all-important Monica adgenda, all that they could think about at the time.

Now, just what did Cheney/Bush team do about the Bin Laden problem BEFORE 9/11?
